ORDERS
Taxes
At checkout, local taxes, charges, and/or VAT will be calculated and collected.
Additional import duties that are required paid by the buyer may apply to international orders.
Canceling an order
Please get in touch with us directly at shop@presstube.com to cancel an order. In your request, please provide the original order number. Only orders that have yet to ship can be canceled.
Pre Orders
Some products will be available for pre-order. The expected ship date for these products will be stated in the product description and is subject to change at any time. Pre-order purchases' precise ship dates are not guaranteed. The complete order amount will be paid for at the time of purchase. Please get in touch with us directly at shop@presstube.com if you want to cancel a pre-order purchase.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Tracking an order
Please use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to follow up on the status of your order. Please email us at shop@presstube.com if you did not receive a shipping confirmation email so that we can provide you with a tracking number.
We are unable to change the shipping address or service once orders have been sent out. Any modifications will require direct communication with the shipping company.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping for Canada & US, 25$ everywhere else.
International duties
In addition to VAT and foreign taxes, international orders may also be subject to import fees. These taxes must be paid by the buyer at the time of importation as they are not collected at the time of purchase.
Damaged items
In the unfortunate case that your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at shop@presstube.com and provide us images of both the damaged item and the shipping box. Damage brought on by the shipping company's handling may require additional refund and verification stages, which may cause the refund process to take longer.
Lost packages
Presstube.com is not responsible for missing or damaged packages. The shipping provider should be contacted in order to handle a stolen or missing delivery. Please get in touch with the shipping company directly if you are experiencing any delivery or tracking concerns. Carriers occasionally might prematurely declare a shipment as "delivered." Additionally, they might require information from you in order to complete the delivery.
Delivery Times
Any delivery dates that are given to you are only estimates. Your product purchases are covered up until the point of delivery. Upon delivery, all products purchased become Your responsibility. Presstube.com disclaims all responsibility for delivery delays, including those that may result from any fulfillment companies we may work with. Please send us an email at shop@presstube.com if You have any inquiries regarding your delivery.
Returns
Permitted Returns. We shall have the sole discretion to decide whether to accept any return request, inspect the item that is the subject of a return request (for which You shall be responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to us for such inspection), or honor the return request (a "Permitted Return"). If we accept a permitted return, we may choose, at our sole discretion and subject to stock levels, to either replace the permitted return with stock of the same product already in stock, or to refund the full purchase price you paid for the product (including the initial standard delivery charge or, if the product was a part of a larger order, the standard per-item delivery charge). We do not reimburse the cost of shipping an order back for those permitted returns. Additionally, we will not accept any Permitted Returns for any Orders that are (x) not in their original packaging and condition, or (y) that we have a good faith belief were damaged by You.
Wrong Color, Wrong Size, or Wrong Item
The "Wrong Color/Size/Item Notice" should include (i) a description of the item intended for purchase; (ii) a picture of the item received; and (iii) a copy of the original receipt if you receive the incorrect color, size, or item that you ordered. Please send this notice to shop@presstube.com no later than five (5) days after the item is delivered to You. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any notification or request made by You after the Wrong Color, Size, or Item Notice Period has passed. Please be aware that we might not be able to replace the item due to the limited and unique nature of the items. Only exchanges from the country to which the shipment was shipped are accepted.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Personal Information
You must enter your personal information, such as your legal name, contact information (such as a phone number and email address), and any other details needed at the time of ordering, in order to make a purchase on this website. You affirm that you are the person identified in the submitted information, and you represent and declare that all personal information is true, accurate, and complete.
Valid address
Only addresses that match your billing address will receive your purchases in the mail.
Cart, and Electronic Transmissions
Cart
Please be aware that goods are only held for you after you have finished your order. The act of adding an item or items to Your shopping cart ("Cart") does not reserve those item(s) for You or make them available for future purchase. Even while it is in Your Cart, a product may sell out. It is possible that we sold out of an item before you finished placing your order if it was removed from your cart. Presstube.com reserves the right to alter the prices listed on the website at any time, without restriction, including those of items that have already been added to Your Cart.
Electronic Transmissions
Transmission of data or information over unsecured networks, such as the internet, raises the risk of loss, interception, or modification of the data or information while it is in transit. Presstube.com disclaims all liability for any damages or costs You may incur as a result of any electronic transmissions made while using a Website, other types of networks, or other means. Any information You provide on or through a Website shall not in any way be regarded as confidential, give rise to any fiduciary obligations on our part, or place us in any liability to You in the event that such information is unintentionally disclosed by us or accessed by third parties without Your knowledge or consent.
